Inside the valve is a High Powered RED L.E.D. that has three modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On (more patents pending).

Finally, attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon. Although all balloons are WHITE, the LUMI-LOON is available in 4 L.E.D. colors: WHITE, GREEN, RED, BLUE or ASSORTED (Red, White Blue and Green). Please Note: The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply. These are AWESOME! I used to buy the ones where you had to open the neck of the balloon (required two people). Now I simply purchase them and inflate them with a normal helium tank. It's that easy.
