"The voice of Frank Sinatra"
Is the first studio album by American singer Frank Sinatra, released in 1946. It was released on Columbia Records, Set C-112, March 4, 1946. It was first issued as a set of four 78 rpm records totaling eight songs, and went to #1 on the fledgling Billboard chart. It stayed at the top for seven weeks in 1946, spending a total of eighteen weeks on the charts. The album chart consisted of just a Top Five until August 1948.
This one is from my state in Barcelona, Spain.
(played in my restored Rca Victor from 1954)
I also have this record set, I won't risk playing it but it looks to be in very decent shape like yours. :) A great piece of memorabilia to own, Sinatra's first "album"!

My favorite Sinatra Song. I don't like the video, but the song. Nobody can sing this so perfect as Sinatra. The tremolo is so exceptional with Frank in this song.

In your opinion, how much would you say that album is worth? I have it as well, bought it in an antique store for $40. Just want to know if that was a good investment.

This is a timeless sentiment. No one sings it like Frank Sinatra.
