  • Hai, I am a middle school Kemetic whom is secretly kemtic. Any advise?

  • @wajasrule10

Just remember to be respectful of your parents faith (I know this can be hard trust me I was secretly a polytheist for 7 years) But it goes a long way to be respectful and helps in the long run. Secondly remember all you need to practice your spirituality is faith :) You can buy books on Ancient Egypt that are simply history books and draw inspiration to them. Simple prayers not spoken out loud are a powerful sign of devotion. Any other questions feel free to message

  • ok, i have not always an access to an altar candle, but i have a small pyramid made of crystal. think that would work as a good substitute?

  • @HopeAngel777

Of course, the candle is used partly as an offering (the flame and the smoke) a pyramid would be a votive offering to the Gods, I have several on my alter actually. The only thing truly needed on a Kemetic altar I would say would be offerings and you :) Remember an offering doesn't have to be physical it can also be a prayer or song.

  • Hi I'mDejsha. I'm 21blind/visually impaired(I have a talking program that reads to me whats on the computer screne)Ican't light candles due to my blindness. I'm interested in becoming a Kemetic. How canIas a blind person worship the gods?

  • @bella10riddle

Hi nice to meet you. The most important part of worshiping the Gods is prayer. Instead of lighting a candle I would recommend buying a small night light or lamp to place on your altar. To give offerings (I am not sure what if any limitations you would have on this) I would say give everyday food to them, so some people will offer a portion of their breakfast to the Gods, it doesn't have to be an elaborate ritual, the most important thing is to be sincere in your devotion.

  • Love this video!

  • @michikobll

I will do a Hellenic one as well as a Roman one later on. Offerings are usually consumed as for libations some people who live in apartments I know keep a potted plant or just a small pot with soil in it and pour the libation into that.

  • I've heard Anpu loves dark chocolate, lol. But I always wanted to know what people are supposed to do with libations/offerings? I can't bury them..& tossing them in the trash seems kinda disrespectufl. Great vid, hope you do one of your hellenic praxis as well <3

  • Wow awesome Daily Ritual. :)
