@mahafetissi yes, she starts to sing after the quest "the lady's necklace": it's her sister's necklace, dropped by the rangers and the acolytes in the Ghostlands.

@Jemis5 well, actually she was a high elf (which is pretty much the same thing as blood elves, only back then they didn`t use this name, because she died before the sunwell got desecrated with KT`s remains) and then arthas turned her into a banshee
then later in the frozen throne she appeared with a drow ranger model, which made me think that she possessed a high elf ranger or something, while she was under the lich king`s domination, because i doubt she would have done so after she got free
