  • @wolfgar33 Most of the galactic ships and space planes were based on REAL WWII technology, just as the Yamato (Argo) was a real WWII battleship. Those Gamalon torpedo planes were taken from REAL torpedo planes, which both the Americans and the Japanese had. Those deep-bow wings allowed the planes to make easier dive-bomb maneuvers. The hardest part was pulling up fast enough, lest the pilot would double as his own Kamikazzi attack as well!

  • @charlesdexter1 No, Desslok is definitely straight. He just has the same luxury as Chinese Chairman Mau, having women whenever he wants, wherever he wants, however he wants. Why should he settle for a wife? But Desslok is far more formal and hygenic, unlike Chairman Mau who was such a filthy, stinky pig with green teeth! Google him. It's TRUE!

  • The Argo is burning....in space?

  • Deslock has the coolest intro music...

  • @Orenotter

"That kind of programming" is present in every other crew member on board, and it is what has allowed the Star Force to prevail against overwhelming odds.

  • @Orenotter That kind of programming could cost lives...

  • @Velocity9s

IQ-9 has an analogue style computer for a brain. This is what allows him to have human strengths such as intuition but also human foibles such as limited concentration and absent-mindedness.

  • @Orenotter Yes, but why should IQ-9 be 'reminded at all!? He's a robot, and machines can't forget what programmed into them. And why didn't Battlefield Analyzer IQ-9 scan the bugs for danger in the first place?

  • @charlesdexter1 I don't. He had beautiful servant girls in the first series and later showed an un-reqieted love for Starsha in 'Be Forever, Yamato'. However, I'll go with the concept that he's a man BEYOND need for the affections of a Woman or any un-natural love for that matter.

  • they are in space... do they need to drop bombs?
