Serpae Tetra in a 50 gallon aquarium

This is my (semi) Amazon aquarium. Its 50 gallons, and right now houses about 30 fish. Every fish is South American with the exception of the White Cloud Mountain Minnows (from China). And most of the species of fish are from the Amazon River. Any questions, criticisms, or suggestions? Feel free to post them in the comments section. Just don't remind me of all the scratches on my tank glass... it was a pawn shop buy for amazingly cheap and I wasn't about to pass it up.

Two t5 bulbs, 6500K color temperature. Fertilizer is just the Seachem line of aquarium plant fertilizers.

Do the serpaes nip at the angelfish?
