it is possible for me, i can make sandbox for any MMO game. i have my own maked sandboxes/emulators for UO, EQ1, DAoC, WoW, LotRO, LA2, GunZ, WAR, and some other games.

my emulator WoWEmu was a very well known, and has been played more then 1 million of players.

Private servers for Warhammer would just degrade the population base even more. It's struggling to stay alive as is.

Have you think about flying ? It would be easier and it will save much time ofc if making it ising hard. Im impressed you'r skill's of making own sandboxes / emulator for me its is a black magic.

Hmmm you don't wanna tell pll how make servers and thats cool with me, but i just want to politely ask, its really possible? Gamers everywhere say its almost impossible to brake code and make working server. You use some more stricte programs or u just de-coding game code? Don't answer if you don't want to but congrats anyway.
