  • Esther, there s no such a thing like a buttermilk in my country, can I use regular milk? What percent of milk fat does it have?

  • @majawow I found this info on the net about it "For each cup of buttermilk, put one tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice in your cup, then fill with milk. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken some. This is a decent substitute, but real buttermilk is better" Let me know..

  • Dawn milk! You live in ireland then?

  • @SusanFogarty yes! west Cork.

  • I'm loving the heart shaped teaspoon! Will definitely try out the recipe soon :D

  • @ravenflutterby well spotted,I just bought it last week : )

  • I like to see more of this. With yoga comes a healthy lifestyle. And I think a lot of people are interested in knowing how to prepare healthy, organic foods.

When I was young, the thin metal foil was called "zilverpapier" by the people in Holland. " Zilver" because of the silvery appearance and "papier" because you can fold it like paper.

In the beginning it was made of tin and was sometimes called "Staniol" because of the latin name Stannum, which means tin.

In later times, the cheaper aluminum became availabe. And this is the metal we use nowadays.

  • looks delicious & very nice for your body with all the seeds!
