Thanks for the info! I have a consultation in a month. I do have a few questions. As far as costs go, is it all up front or is it a pay as you go type of situation? Also, has the sanding of your teeth resulted in them being overly sensitive? Thanks for any help.

@helloxbrennax3 Yeah. I heard that if you change the aligners (like from the first set to second, or whatever) before bed, you can sleep through most of the pain.
