It IS TKD. because they still don't know what to do with their hands, but why we NEVER see the "sinewave" in fights?? Because without it, the ways these guys are fighting, if they learn how to use their hands and try not to turn their backs to the opponent when pressed, they'd end up doing kick-boxing...
