Extra Mario Bros. (SMB 1 Hack) Final Boss

Perhaps the coolest final boss (and my personal favorite) in the history of 8-bit Mario hacks, this Is the final boss battle for the awesome Super Mario Bros. hack, Extra Mario Bros. By ATA. This is not my playthrough. It belongs to Youtube user Cu11ing. You can see an entire playthrough at his channel. It's the closest thing I've ever found to a walkthrough, and it is an excellent guide to the game.

I played this hack all thanks to coming across this video~ I was expecting just another rom hack with an epic boss battle, but this game is simply unbelievable! Definitely the holy grail of rom hacks

Does anyone know if ATA has made any other hacks, or if he is working on any other new ones?

@AltoidDealer It certainly is the holy grail. It's one of the few ROM hacks that I have a reproduction cartridge of. (yes it runs on real hardware!) I have run across other hacks by him before, at least one i can think of but none were as extensive as this.

@suicidalparrot Oh yeah I came across a page that offers this game as an actual reproduction cartridge and I'm still tempted to get it. Maybe I can ask for it as a birthday gift lol. The problem with that, though, is I don't know how well I would fare without savestates. I'm pretty bored today so I browsed around the web trying to see what else ATA has made, and like you said, I came across his other stuff, and nothing is in league with EMB.
