I cook my eggs for 10 mins from a rapid boil and cool under cold water when done. They come out perfect every time. If you overcook eggs the yolks turn black like yours.
You're right. koreans love curry so much that it's almost part of our korean cuisine.

Well, you gave me a hankering for deviled eggs. Not having the ingredients you used, I just slapped some baunschweiger in and covered with paprika and ground red peppers. Damn tasty.
