Your argument has truth to it but times have changed. I have been transiting the HRA for several years now & it is easy to see how they have developed from a Pissed off fisherman to professional pirates and generations especially the youth have see how easy it is and how rewarding it can be and they will never go back to fishing when one pirate attack will earn a junior pirate USD$6K and up wards, take that to the normal income of USD$3000per year, they are professional pirates now!

@ BIRDDOG551 man u must have misunderstood me! im saying somali pirates will continue hijacking and seizing ships untill the so called international community and all other countries stop dumping toxic wastes into somalia waters. pirates are not there to just ''make money'' but to protect their country from illegal fishing and other forms of resources exploitation.
