EF2000 old dos game (1995) video

EF2000 gameplay video (DOS version) captured in "Dosbox0.74"

This simulator was released in 1995 by DID
Its one one the best simulator released in the last 15 years :-)
it had (still has) a good balance between realism and gameplay.

Even today its surprisingly fun to fly.

i wish there was win95\98 emulator like the dosbox for super EF2000

@lironk1 You can try Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 (its free) to run win95-98 you have to install win98 in the virtual machine,i did not try to run Super EF2000 but it might work!

SU27 Flanker 1.5 run in Microsoft Virtual PC2007 (with sound:-) you get no sound running SU27 Flanker through WinXP)

can i intall win98 on it? or just the xp win they mention in their web?

@lironk1 You need Virtual PC 2007 not Virtual PC,to install and run Windows98,but it can be only installed in Windows XP and Vista,i think that its not compatible with Win7

i downloaded it and installed win98 and also installed super EF200 and it works too fast i dont know why

also installed battlezone and it seems those games dont work good with it

and i think it was virtual pc 2007

@lironk1 I'm afraid that your computer is too powerful for Ef2000,some old games cannot adjust to modern 2000mhz CPU :-( when it was release around 1996 the fastest CPU was the Pentium1 running at 166mhz.....

I keep an old computer in my basement to run those old games:-)

yea thats the best solution fot those games....i bought long ago pentium 1 comp for this game and started to look for an old microsoft mouse with the pin connection

the prob i didnt know what sound card it has and win 98 cant find it for me so i passed it

awesome ^^ thats was my first flightsim ever and i still play it on dosbox sometimes. its maybe not the most realistic game ever but it got the balance right
