第十五回 - 八角魚壽司 (小樽特別篇)

很有小樽風味的八角魚,外形看來嘴巴尖尖的,細細長長、背鰭高高挺起,呈現八角型。因為魚身又細又薄,魚肉很少,要處理八角魚,得有純熟的刀工才行。
站在旅客的立場,通常想嚐嚐當地特有的壽司。像鮪肚肉壽司在東京也吃得到,但是八角魚壽司讓人嚐到了小樽的鄉土風味,感受到師傅深愛著小樽的的心意,非常鮮美可口。
