Gavin told a very heartbreaking story before performing this song. It was about his visit to a hospital and singing this song to a man who was dying. This is the song Gavin sang to me the day I told him I had breast cancer. He had tears in his eyes, and he shared with me that his grandmother too had cancer. He told me to always "follow through." I took his music to each chemo and radiation treatment. Gavin and his music were such a huge part of my recovery. Gavin is the real deal. He is so very talented, and down to earth. You'll never meet a nicer, more loving individual. Much love to you Gavin! Stay true to the beautiful soul you are.
