you didnt let the onions brown enough, try adding the tomato juice first and letting it reduce until the oil rises and then add the sardines, and dont stir too much since the fish is already cooked, then add the garnishes, I assure you it would taste more like curry. You have ended up with a big pot of fish goo there.

Lol, Mashed fish curry I cant see the fish in it but i guess it tasted sound, at least you can feed yourself, rather then waiting for your mum to cook for you :P
