Thanks for the video! If I heard you correctly you disassembled the clutch and observed the fluid inside? If this is the case this may be the source of the problem since the fluid is key to the operation of the fan clutch, if you opened it up you may have changed something or lost some of the fluid thus compromising it's operation. In order for it to work properly you may have to get a new one, sorry.
@EricTheCarGuy hey man, no worries. it still confuses me. i was sure nothing fell out, and no fluid was comprimised. so i bought an electric fan kit off of ebay. simple and an easy HP gain. better fuel as well.
@DevinL16 As a rule clutch fans should never be disassembled, as I said the fluid is a vital part of it's operation altering it in any way can cause a problem. Glad you got it sorted out though, that is the important thing after all.
