be governed by the UN. As a peace keeper myself I saw instances of people being raped and hacked to death and still under internal law we were not allowed to intervien - so in the future look at both sides of the story not just one side - there is alot more to it than the bullshit you posted - and i might add australia could have saved 100s of thousand of lives if we had of been give the green light early

sasha i still have trippy dreams after the drugs we took in timor but i get over it i have n o phisical health issues, however we did shoot those three scum bags that day i shot one after the conflict all i could smell was blood and the sniffer dog that they droped from the chopper knew this aswell

Well done those men, and well done to the man that has had enough balls to confront an issue such as this. As for you blokes that have other things to say. Its best you pull your head out of your superiour arses and come back down to earth. These blokes are not alone. There are many stories like this that will probably never be told because they are to controvercial or because our lads didn't come back to tell them. Looking forward to the long version, keep up the good work.

There most definatly are alot of better examples of great aussie soldiers than 'Pete' but after watching this film several times I cannot find the part where he asked for anyones simpathy. It sound to me like you have a few issues yourself mate, which you should deal with before passing judgement on someone elses.
