Rifqa Bary - A Conspiracy of Ignorance

The conspiracy is in the media, political correctness and even the Church. It is a conspiracy born of ignorance. "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge," Hosea 4:6. "Conspiracy" implies intent. I don't think anyone intends to be ignorant. Except, of course, in a case where deceit is purposely used as a tactic of warfare, and feigned ignorance would give an advantage.

Muslims are at war with non-muslims.

As for honor killings in the quran, it is in surah 18, verses 80-81.

A boy is killed because his parents feared he would cause them grief (leave islam). By killing him, the muslim murderer believed allah would replace the boy with a better son.

My use of the words "conspiracy of ignorance" is directed mainly at Christians who have chosen to remain ignorant about Islam even when given the opportunity to learn the truth about it. This lack of knowledge is largely to blame for the fact that the media, politicians and Muslims can get away with lying and deceiving which is allowed in their religion. So Christians are silent when others are hurt or deceived. Such ignorance is an excuse for neglect of the Gospel

Disturbingly, when I researched to make certain my recollection of the verse (18:80-81) was correct, I came across a muslim forum where a muslim woman, who had recently had a miscarriage, asked if allah was punishing her.

One strange response quoted this verse, and the person told her not to worry, that allah would replace her dead child with a "better" child.

I thought that was an odd thing to say to any parent who has experienced such a loss.

I took print journalism for a year... I dropped out because they were teaching deciet, lies and how to become an effectice papparazzi. I wasn't even in the business yet and I already felt dirty for it! I am not suprised at all by what they are saying because that is what you are taught to do. Journalists have to twist words or they won't get paid.

No evidence has been braught forward that the family is radical. Their daughter was allowed to be a cheerleader and her brother drinks and party's. Does'nt seem very radical to me. @DrXoz Look. I'm no Bible-know-it-all, but when you said just like that that they are referring to P. M'mad, I know this is all over. Quran 3:151 calls killing of the Trinity believers. But yet it foretells Jesus? I am pretty sure you are Muslim from how you replied, and most probably a convert or a Muslim born outside of the Middle-East. You sound like an intellectual but I guess it's up to God & time to reveal which of us is blinded. You may reply, but I shall stay silent. You make me weep.
