Hmmm... it is my understanding that according to christianity, god stopped punishing nations when jesus came and christianity itself began. I thought all judgmeny is now being saved until "judgment day"/ after death. Because the whole point of jesus coming was so we could each have our own lives to repent and be forgiven, right?
