i know that since 91 we have send ppl from the BKA to bulgaria for assistance and help but i do not see the progress exceppt the uniform and some types of behaviour where is the so well known bulgarian secret service professionality gone , letting 25 year old kid tell t. tv how he come home af. work , the wife knows the son is surly very proud and the whole class knows hat sasho´s dad is a SWAT same with the teacher,very intelligent and when the mafia needs another u-man inside the police noprob

the arguing between the ewto and the other orgs like the new one from guiterrez and salih ( which was the first one, he had to leave because of a fight of his brother with another sifu he send the so called opther sifu for 6 months in therapy, afterf that emin boztepe insisted that saluih avci has to go , he went and we all with him , then the ewto mr. kernspecht thought over and tried to excuse as he saw he was loosing the whole police forces , but in WT you do what you say / decide no hopping

don t blindly trust on what grandmaster kernspcht has got to say about close combat and the special teams worldwide, there are otheres ,very good ones too. take Sifu Salih Avci , he is the chief instructor for the DE. S.E.K. which is similiar to that troup here, they do wing tsun all their time except the gun exerc.. and today you have sifu kernspecht in bulgaria which is o.k. but not the best one his deciple salih avci got better he inventend anti ground combat and is admired by the SEK
