Tomb Raider - AOD - Bio-Research Facility body upgrade

Bio-Research Facility body upgrade that is needed for "long jump". Someone asked this so here it is now.
Long jump is when you RUN and press LOOK button at the same time and then JUMP.

how did u make her do the sprint jump? ive beat this game twice and whenever i get the upgrade here, the 'latest upgraded' jump is just a far running jump enough to jump the ledge that she said she couldnt reach earlier in this video. for me, i can only do the sprint jump near the beginning of the second last level. (the one with all the lava i think)

I think i used TRAOD SCU. It wasnt on when i made this video but i must have made the savegame with SCU on. cause yes, like you said the long srpint jump gets activated in the lava levels somewhere ... i remember there is a lever with timed run lever.

Type TRAOD SCU on Google if you dont have it.

Oh yes, you get the sprint jump ability in LEVEL 28: THE LOST DOMAIN
