Political capital that had value just because the allies won the war. The Nazi's had no quarrel with Albanians, nor any plans to occupy Albanian lands for specific purposes. Their movement in September of 1943 was purely strategic in order to cover their back in case of an Allied invasion of the Balkans through Albania. If anything the Nazis were helpful toward us. The division was recruited with the help of Albanian nationalists in order to fight off Yugoslav partisans trying to recapture Kosovo. About what you mentioned -1914 in particular is much regrettable but intamural klefteria was an Epiroite quality for centuries- an example of what happens when Leii Douka (and Ottoman Sharia) governs peoples' lives instead of Jesus. What family didn't have an oral tradition of revenge grievances?

Epirus has never had three communities. Assimilated orthodox chams should not be counted as another community.
