the tracklist you' are mentioning was executed in Rome - i think it was 1988, in Forte Prenestino - I clearly remember Transmission and Commando . I have a tape of that concert.. wish i still had a tape player to listen to it..

I dunno about 1990... I heard it before 1990.. I remember the "all human Nonmeansno" tour shirts (a response to Rollin's Band lulz) those were around in 1988 for sure... when was wrong released? I think the songs were played in the sets long before the album was released... also that shirt he is wearing doesn't look like a tour shirt.
Long time ago, I can barely remember... I first heard 'em in at least 87' '88 for sure and this would seem about the right date for this tour to me.

True it must be 1990/91 ('Wrong' album era.) I have a hunch that it would be in 1990. Before '88 NMN didn't gig outside Canadian/US borders. However NMN did play in Lubljana, Slovenia in '88
