I hate to draw any deductive conclusion without facts, however, if Mr. ERNEST WITHERS did what he is accused of doing –then Black America will never move forward. Simply stated It was known in the old days. What blacks need to do is collectively stop the cash cow. What i mean is plead not guilty ask for a jury trial. No state is able or willing to tri 300 to 400 jury trials. I got over 1500 traffic tickets dismissed. It works they would have to stop the excessive ticket writing. Arthur Hubbard 404-914-8667
