Dude you are so amazing at first I was a little confused, because you already had the switches and I thought I had to do something before I start the tutorial. Then I realized what to do after I saw some more. Then I got detracted, because I thought I spelled door wrong. I really do not know why. It felt as if it was not a real word. Anyway your voice is amazing and I will definitely put you in the credits of my game I am making. Even if it is years later. This will help millions.

Nice tutorial. A lot of unnecessary steps, like a lot of the viewers have pointed out. You could achieve the same effect by using the "Change Graphic" function three times, applying each to a frame of the door opening. The "Change Graphic" function is listed under the "Set Move Route" of an Event. Kudos—

@susaetern At the time I made this, I had watched someone else do what I did and it worked out for me. As of now, I don't bother with the tutorials anymore.

No sweat. When I first used RPG Maker XP, over two years ago, I used to make a lot of unnecessary add-ons as far as attempting to make my game seem more dynamic. Seeing as how this video is just as old, after already commenting, I fault you nothing (=])

@susaetern At least you're nice about it :3. That means a lot. I've seen both god and bad comments, though it seems the bad outweighs the good, you know?
