The song is specifically created for Thomson advert and by popular demand at the time they made available the mp3 song for the advert. I still have the mp3 somewhere. The song is close to another song on the market by a group called Black Mighty Orchestra called Ocean Beach.

it's a remix of lujon by henri mancini, apparently done by an agency for them. I think it samples a harp off of a sinatra song. And frankly the horns could be sampled from anything from that period.
They say it was "written" for them I say remixed as it's just a load of samples from movies and kitch.
