Simple reason. They don't have the educational standards to qualify for those real universities.
Why didn't this guy check what his school was really like on the net?..The Australia government would have given that school a rubbish rating.
Simple fact is he was looking for a fast track to permanent residency . And look at the other guy,a recent migrant happy to rip off other indians. What a disgrace to India he is.
