  • is there a reason u cook the pumpkin first before taking off the skin? ive always just cut the skin off prior to cooking... is it something to do with more vitamins in the skin cooking? or perhaps adds flavour?.. great ideas though love the alternatives :) I'm a fan..

  • @Jay2theRadPT as you have seen from the post above I have only just realised my youtube account was "taken over" I have nothing against Rob and am certainly interested in his methods as well as his training. As for the Boxing Training video, it was actually posted as "Boxing Workout" and was very basic. If you have noticed it was a snip of each exercise ran in circuits and the Bag Work was about Combinations, timing and technique. Heavy Bag work is learning to pick your shots.

  • The post below although has my name by the side wasnt written by me. I have just noticed now after 2 quite harsh replies. I can a sure you I have no problems with Rob and have actually cooked this recipe. Note to self, sign out of YouTube. As for the other comment about the boxing workout. Please feel free to comment if you have any real experience in boxing.

  • @briantalbottraining Who says he's not qualified? Aside from that I just watched your video "Boxing Training" which showed you performing push ups, bhurpes, squats, skipping and "bag work". The whole POINT of boxing training is to condition the body and learn boxing skills. How will you condition the body without actually doing a proper workout? your "bag work" was mainly rest, your squats were wrong and half assed, as were your bhurpes. I hate it when chefs become Trainers
