@jacero10: I don't think there's 'dismay' from any so-called 'Catholic-hating' baptists anywhere. The songs are for everyone and anyone who wants to sing them and I don't know of any baptists that would have a problem with a person of a different religion singing them.

@CorkSacredHarp: yes, the SH might be relatively modern, but the solmisation system is actually much older, like much of the melodic idiom. RC myself, I enjoy SH tremendously: but largely for its spiritual meaning, although I can bang on about consecutive fourths, gapped scales and the origins of the fuging tune with the best of 'em. To treat holy music as a mere entertainment is to miss something of its true value - still I enjoy your videos hugely, and I love the smiling faces.
