Niños con Valor Anniversary Celebration

The Niños con Valor Foundation has been working with children in Bolivia for over 3 years, and on Saturday, October 17, 2009 we had a 3rd anniversary celebration. Right now, we have 3 major projects: Corazón del Pastor, a girls' home for girls who have been abandoned, orphaned, or whose family is unable to care for them for various reasons; Pedacito de Cielo, a daycare/home for immunocompromised children; and One Child at a Time, which is the umbrella term for the work we do with families and communities in need outside of central Cochabamba. We believe every child is valuable and deserves to be cared for and surrounded by love. There is a lot to celebrate here and now, and a lot to look forward to. In this video you will see some highlights from the celebration: traditional dances performed by the girls, a special performance form the little ones at Pedacito de Cielo, and lots of fun in between.
