Three Wheel Motion in a Jeep TJ

This is what happens when you have a spool in a Jeep TJ with a short arm lift. So I swapped it for a Detroit Locker and built a long arm suspension for it.

NOTE: For those incapable of grasping the concept of humor, the "3 wheel motion" reference was obviously a joke.

if you dont have upgraded axle shafts, thats a good way to snap the stock dana 35 shaft hahaha...sweet jeep though man

I do, but am actually considering putting the spool back in. The Detroit with a flexy suspension makes for unexpected lane changes when you shift. ;)

yeah it kinda jerks ya huh?

i had a detroit but switched it out with a powertrax no slip, cheap and easy to install, not to mention it works just as good as any full time locker but no noise or "side effects"

I've had lunchbox lockers, but most are worse than a Detroit, IMO. I only run them in the front now...
