  • My breakfast. The night before I put into a microwaveable casserole dish; 1/2 lb. of frozen mixed chopped vegetables ( wal-mart has the best price ) 1/4 lb. of chopped frozen spinach. Defrost in the refrigerator over night. In the morning, microwave 5 minutes, stir and add 2 spoonfuls of pizza sauce and some oat bran, microwave 4 more minutes. A lot of food. About 300 calories. Need more calories? Have some nuts and fruit.
