@santillanstudio i love the style and animation but the message is incredibly heavy handed... but then its very true in some places today, especially places that don't share that ideology. mini vips girlfriend seems to have a rocket in her head as well, but im sure thats explained in the story.

Throughout the whole movie, there are many mentions about how commercialism, advertising and "progress" have become humanity in brainless zombies or deformed monsters (a scientist predicts that the future man will have three feet to press the brakes, clutch and accelerator of the car! Creepy!!).

I've only seen another Bozzetto´s film, "Allegro Non Troppo" and the musical number from Igor Stravinsky´s "Firebird" is equally disturbing. I recommend you this film, is very good!

@Montork this is part of "Vip, My Brother Superman" a film by Bruno Bozzeto. The story is about 2 superheroes, who battle against an evil woman, who pretends to enslave mankind using brainwashing missiles, to convert everybody in customers of her´s supermarket chain. This musical number show some of her experiments. I cant understand all the song, but some lines say: "We are the symbol of progress, we are dumb but does the same. Us with a missile in the brain says: long live the advertising!"
