There is absolutely no evidence that eggs lower blood pressure. Micardis is an ARB. ARBs are the cleanest(least amount of side effects) of all blood pressure lowering medications.

I dont think eggs are any good for lowering Blood pressure. My BP was 170 over 95., and i ended up with 5 bypasses. Ace Inhibitors almost killed me because of side effects.
Doctor put me on APO-BISOPROLOL 5MG
once daily, absolutely no side effects. My Bp is now at 116 over 74

I just started taking Micardis today. I hope this medication is as good as you say it is. I read that fried eggs were good for hypertension. The articles say that fried eggs cause the body secrete chemicals that are just like ACE inhibitors. Does anybody have any opposite opinions about fried eggs?

Been taking Micardis for 2 months. Need a video on opening the blister pack. It's frustration tho' I'm dexterous and have never been beaten by packaging before. A nurse & doctor couldn't get the packaging opened when I asked them "how do I get the pill out?"
