  • This looks awesome, Japanese take on western cuisine has always a lot to offer, even if only in the execution. I haven't heard of adding hard-boiled eggs into tartar sauce though, and also I probably wouldn't get away with not adding white wine in it (and hence calling it a tartar sauce), but that doesn't mean it isn't good and I'm going to try it. Arigatou gozaimasu (^__^ )

    Oh yes, five stars from me.
