QASEDA BURDA SHAREEF - Haji Mushtaq Qadri (1/3)

The Qasida Burda was composed by Imam Sharafuddin Muhammad Al-Busiri(Egypt) more than 7 hundred years ago after he dreamt that the Prophet (saw) had placed his mantle around him in his sleep. was then suffering from paralysis and had prayed to Allah (Ta'ala) for recovery before nodding off to sleep. When he awoke, he was fully recovered, so he wrote the 160 verse qasida in honour of the Prophet and in thankfulness to Allah (Ta'ala).
