well hes got the heart down and as for bad chevy comment i dont think it matters he didint run the engine for more that 1 min and a half, im sure as long as hes got oil in it wich im sure he does it dont matter its not like hes redlining it its not even hitting a 1000 rpm for longer than a second

@jdog942 - Yes, you're right, there is a 427 small block. In fact, both Chevy and Ford make a small block with a cubic inch displacement of 427. This chevy big block in the video is a 427 too. Fascinating isn't it?

I have seen a couple systems that have 5" tube redirected almost like a cold air intake. But if the builder was smart they would just install a cowl induction system for time and money reasons.

Thats not a chevy 427 big block thats a 426 hemi you can tell cuz the hemi is orange and it has a air filter on the top as the chevy 427 is either crome or red and has the carb on top

To be honest I was very surprised to get this message.
The 426 hemi has the destributer located on the front of the block at an angle, the color is typically up to the builder, and the carborator is always installed on the intake manifold unless it's fuel injected. As for the air cleaner, your right. The air cleaner can be placed anywhere based on the set you wish to have.
The color I used was a chevy orange typically found in any auto parts store.
