FMF TITANIUM POWERCORE Rewiew and Sound Clip!!

Here is what happened to my FMF TITANIUM POWERCORE exhaust with less than 1000miles on it!!! While it was working it was an awesome exhaust then one day when I was riding home it suddenly got louder and to my suprise this is what I found. I don't race the bike or jump it either and I had a JD jet kit and had the jetting just right so it ran like a top. I've put very few miles/hours on the bike and exhaust and did not expect this at all. If this is what their quality is like then I highly reccommend not buying FMF until they can hold up better than this. Awesome exhaust, but not at all impressed with the quality!

@isanedrummer That sucks man how long did you have it on your machine (bike or quad)? I just ended up custom fabricating a oval skin for mine and repacked it the welded it back up, held up for now and still runs good.

I was going to buy the FMF powercore for my WR, but after reading up on them their headers are only the real difference makers and the slip ons are for looks. So I bought the LEXX MX-E I highly recomend it, it is the perfect slip on and the tourqe is incredible, that with the FMF powercore and a perfect jetting, the bike is unstopable.

that is why i always weld the folding line of the muffler but leave the rest with the bolts and screws so i can slide out the center that sucks bad dude.

why didnt you send it back, im sure they would have been of some help. especially if they knew you were going to make this video haha.

and thats the first fmf exhaust i've seen that happen to.

hey man what size jets and needles came in this kit im thinking about buying one for my yz125 and i need a 420 main jet, 40 pilot jet and a 22-71 needle and i was hopping this kit had it?

buy a yoshi dude way better power increase and they are made well
