How to cheat the balloon man on Animal Crossing

HOW TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HI well I furgured out how to cheat the Balloon Man on animal crossing City Foak! Yay! haha took me about an hour to figure out how BUT I DID and heres how I did that if you cannot read the writeing on he video :)
Step one: Book your game and go to the ballon man and get your first prize.
Step two: Restarted ( Save and Quit ) your game and go to wii menu.
Step three!: Click wii in the bottem corner.
Step Four: Hit Wii settings then go to Calendar and choose Date.
Step Five: Set the Year to 2035
Step Six: Go back to your game then quit again!
Step Seven: Repeat the process again but set it back to 2010
Step Eight: Go back to the ballon man and you can get ANOTHER gift keep repeating this process until you get everything you want :)

Ugh. "Hacks" and "cheats" for AC that are just Time Travelling are so frustrating. I'd like to see one that DOESN'T involve having a nasty, weed-ridden town and risking villagers... =_= You could have saved us 7 minutes by just writing, "TIME TRAVEL, LOL."

@Txurniul he dosnt show up in ur twn you have to go to the marquee and buy a ticket for 800 bells andwatch dr shrunk on stage
