He was like the beast in that...3rd or 4th series where he almost lost twice in a row and then won without taking another hit.

Otochun is also curiously successful at doing simple walk-up throws here. I guess the combined walking speeds of Cammy and Chun Li are so great that when Oto suddenly changes it up from moving away to moving towards, his opponent has trouble reacting in time.

For some reason, Chun-Li's strong (medium punch) throw does more damage than her fierce throw. It's easily the most powerful ground throw that isn't a special or super.
