hey after seeing this, i realized i have been having audio hallucinations more as thoughts, i always thought the hallucinations were like something heard out loud, but that makes more sense as i too have thoughts not my own, thanks

@WiseMonkey888 I've always described Heavy Metal as people in a solo competition with their instruments at the same time. "Muddy over stimulation".

@WiseMonkey888 I have terrible noise aversion. I cannot abide any intrusive noises. Sometimes the smallest sound can un nerve me to the point of rage. I think I would rather live your scenario.

Hello Mel, That book is a very good reference for the understanding of Schizophrenia. It gives you some insight into your illness...Studying it can help deal with it more effectively....BTW....P.S. Nice ponytail...regards...
