@BaLLZofStEEL69 the example is complying with the demonstrater, therefor little to no pain has occurred. in defensive fighting, the side throw overs can dislocate/break your shoulder and elbow, and the neck throw over can break your neck. it is very deadly and rarely tought in martial arts. where i live, it is against the law to use this even in defense
