@MrMetalmanRock I think it was around this time. And that's definitely not Jerry as Fred. I know his voice when I hear it. Besides, he already had his own Fred voice established long before this.

Then again, it might be Jerry Nelson because I read on Muppet Wiki that this is from 1981. Though, I'm not sure when Noel MacNeal joined Sesame Street.
