http://www.cirm.ca.gov Through a grant funded by California's Stem Cell Agency (CIRM), high school students across California spent their summer getting hands-on experience doing stem cell research at nine universities in the state. As part of their internship, students submitted videos, blogs and instagram photos about their time in the lab.
This video was produced by student interns at the City of Hope in Duarte, CA.
Over the course of the three-year CIRM Creativity Awards program, our agency will have supported 220 high school students in stem cell research internships.
