is gma x3000 better than the gma 3100?

This actually looks really good for an Intel IGP. I probably won't get anything like that from an Athlon 64 3200+ and an X200 (Radeon)

please send me the settings you used for this game and awsome i have gma x3100 so can mine handle?

I didn't bench many games on the X3000 IGP, but CoD4 was one of the few I did. It runs alright with lower settings at 800x600 or so. This was a while ago, drivers should have progressed quite well so it may very well be more playable by now.

If you want to play almost any game on the market get a 9600GT or 8800GT. If you get either of those two though you'll need a new power supply. Probably a decent 450-550W, make sure it's a decent brand like Corsair, Antec, Aprevia, Seasonic, FSP Group, OCZ or PC Power & Cooling. If you need a cheaper, yet good power supply Thermaltake and Rosewill both make decent, reliable power supplys.
