Babel -- The Howling

Many people think, "The Howling II" is one of the worst movies ever made. I think, it's funny and entertaining if you don't take it seriously. Be that as it may, I really like the song and I don't think it's available on CD, so this has been sampled from a rather scratched piece of vinyl. The cut is crap, I just didn't have the time.

This was one of the best and entertaining B movies made. I exspecially like the theme song from babel. I was wondering who do I get in contact with to get permission to use this song in a slide show? The reason I ask is because I would like to present it here on youtube. I know it is probably strange having someone ask this question but I am new at this kind of thing. lol I thought to myself just ask somebody that has used it. Thank you for your help.
