  • Sidney de Paris looks remarkably like Sidney Bechet, and I've never heard de Paris play a soprano sax. Wilbur might have, but I doubt it.

  • This is amazing! James P. Johnson sounds just like Jelly Roll Morton in his solo... more proof positive that he was one of the best pianists around in the '20's... he could sound like anybody he wanted to! This is something I've never heard before - thanks!!!
