Words cannot fully explain how happy I am with my descision to have weight loss surgery. It has been 12 months since my sleeve, and I would do it all again. My life is better in so many ways, and i'm likley to live a much longer time now... and that is fortunate... because I have SO MUCH TO DO!!!!

i think i have been very lucky with my weight loss Ally, but it has been hard work. i have had a few things on my side, like being under 25, not liking Alcohol much, living alone. you know. i still have lots of mental work to do, and im loving life at the moment. thanks for your nice comments. :) you will be fine.

Good on ya Amy! I'm glad that you've gone past your goal weight... I'm at 74kgs still but need to work harder than you've had to I think... it's just the way I am,.. but I'm still lighter than Dr Cohan said he wanted me to be! :) Keep it going!
